摘    要:制约我国职业经理成长的因素是多方面的,包括思想认识、文化背景、企业制度、劳动就业制度、社会保障体钥等方面。要培植职业经理阶层,加强企业管理,提高企业竞争力,可以结合我国的实际情况并借鉴发达市场经济国家的某些成功经验。

Abstract:There exists multiply factors to limit the growth of chinese professional managers, involving conceptions, cultural background, enterprise mechanism, labour enrollment system, social insurance mechanism, etc. To cultivate professional managers status, reinforce enteiprise management and improve its competition, We should combine with domestic practice and the introduction of successful market economic experience from developed countries.
