| 摘 要： | 高职教育体制改革冲击着固有的管理模式。高职院校办公室存在“宣传少、调研少、参谋少、创新少”现象，难以适应高职教育改革和发展的要求，是当前亟待解决的一个现实问题，须在参谋决策、调查研究、工作创新、舆论宣传、团队建设五个方面加强和提高，以切实提升服务质量。
