| Abstract: | Information commons is the learning and communication space where the resources are highly integrated.Based on the systematic analysis of the resources factors inside the space environment,and integrated with the human resources construction in the information commons in foreign university libraries,this paper discusses how to construct the organization and management model of human resources in the information commons in domestic university libraries. |
