教育国际化的真实内涵及其现实检视

摘    要:国际化已经成为教育发展的一种全球性趋势,它不仅是一种教育理想,而且是一种正在全球范围内展开的教育实践活动。教育国际化无疑促进了各国教育市场、人才资源和文化资源共享,为人类跨国界、跨民族和跨文化的交流提供了可能;同时它也是一个充满矛盾的过程,单一与多样、国际化与本土化、特殊与普遍等矛盾和悖论都同时并存于世界教育改革和社会发展之中。教育国际化的核心是国际理解教育,我们必须重视国际理解教育,构建起与国际理解教育相互联系的新机制,以顺应教育国际化的浪潮。

Abstract:Internationalization has become a global trend for education development, which is not only an educational ideal, but an educational practice spread in the world. Educational internationalization has definitely promoted educational markets, human resources and cultural resources in each country, which provides a possibility for human cross-border, cross-ethnic and cross-cultural communication. Meanwhile, it is also a net-like comprehensive process. All of the contradictions and paradoxes between uniformity and variety, internationalization and localization, specialty and universality etc. exist among the reform of global education and social development at the same time. International understanding education is the core of educational internationalization. We must attach importance to the international understanding education, and build a new mechanism for international understanding education to conform to the tide of educational internationalization.
