| 摘 要： | 不同的教学模式决定着不同的教师角色。在英语“文化导入”教学模式中,教师实现了传统教师角色的转型,从知识的传播者、灌输者变成了学生学习的组织者、引导者、促进者、合作者和评价者。这对教师的素质提出了新的更高的要求。

| Abstract: | Different teaching models determine the different roles of teachers. The traditional roles of teachers are changed in the culture - introduced English teaching model, and teachers are now not the propagators or instructors of knowledge, but the organizers, guides, promoters, cooperators and assessors of students, which demands more and more new qualities of teachers. |
