| 摘 要： | 经济法理念表达着人们对经济法的认识、信仰、忠诚和为之奋斗的信心,是经济法的价值之观念形态。经济法理念是经济法作为一个独立的法律部门而存在的观念基础;经济法理念可以指导经济法的制订、修改和废止工作,指导经济法的实施以及弥补经济法规范的漏洞,从而有助于增强人们对经济法的理性认识和加强经济法地位的巩固。

| Abstract: | The economic law idea is the basis of people's acknowledge,faith,loyalty and the confidence to the economic law.It is the ideology of the value of the economic law.The economic law idea is the idea foundation that an economic law is based on as an independent law department.The economic law idea may also instruct the formulation,modification and abrogation of the economic law.It may also guide the implementation of the economic law and remedy the loophole of normal economic law,thus contributing to strengthening people's rational knowledge and consolidating the status of the economic law. |
