| 摘 要： | 研究表明:高校传统的"一刀切"体育教学模式已不能适应时代的发展以及新时期社会对高校人才培养的需求,而实行公共体育选项课的模式有利于改变传统高校体育教学模式的弊端.但在选项课实施的过程中,师资力量、场地设施、评价方式等方面的完善和提高对课程实施效果起着显著的影响作用.

| Abstract: | Researches indicate that the traditional uniformity in the teaching mode of P. E. can no longer satisfy the demands of the new age and the requirement of the cultivation of qualified personnel in universities and colleges, and that the practice of taking alternative in P. E. programs helps to overcome the weakness in traditional teaching mode. However, in the implementation of the alternative taking, the improvement in teaching staff, teaching facilities and methods of evaluation exert significant effects. |
