| 摘 要： | 将格子店的经营理念引入到校内生产性实训基地建设中,可以开创一种新型的以学生为主导的校内生产性实训基地运行模式。该模式在实现投资分散化、风险分散化、学生学校老师多方共赢、学生四种能力培养、贫困生扶助和校内实训基地发展壮大等方面具有重要意义。但在建设中应当注意精心策划、加强管理、集中采购、采用租金加佣金方式等问题。

| Abstract: | Introducing the grid shop into the productive training base within campus could initiate a new type of mode to function the productive training base in which students orientated.This mode plays a great important role in diversified-investing,diversifying the risks,multi-winning among students,teachers and schools,cultivating the students＇four abilities,giving aid to the poor students and de-veloping the training base within campus. |
