| 摘 要： | 基础教育作为提高国民素质和造就高端人才的奠基工程，受到世界各国高度重视。就课程领域而言，回望世界各国近一二十年基础教育的改革发展之路，以下一些共通性的趋势和动向值得关注：建立国家课程标准，统一中小学课程的质量要求；大力提倡课程设置综合化，适度减少分科课程；调整培养目标；课程内容进一步关注学生经验，反映社会、科技最新进展；积极变革教学方式，培养大批具有创新精神和实践能力的人才；拓展传统的教材观，加强课程资源的开发等。
