| 摘 要： | 当前,我国基础教育需要纠正非理性思维,厘清思想观念中的误区,清醒地认识到办人民满意的教育不是办人人考重点大学的教育;减负不是我国教育改革的真正目标,高考改革不是我国推进素质教育的前提;不解除课堂教学中心情结,创新人才培养就无法真正起步。走出我国教育改革的困境,应当加强教育管理和教师队伍专业化建设,加快教育教学制度变革,提升教育标准化水平,提高创新人才培养水平,提高教育法治水平。
