| 摘 要： | 欧洲职业教育与培训质量保证参考框架是欧盟范围内统一的职业教育与培训质量保证参考体系,其为欧盟各成员国提供了一个可供参考的质量保证过程、质量指标和监控程序。该框架不仅有利于提高欧盟各成员国职业教育与培训的质量,还有利于增强其职业教育与培训体系的透明度,提高欧盟各成员国之间以及各职业教育与培训提供者之间的信任度。借鉴欧洲职业教育与培训质量保证参考框架,我国构建职业教育质量保证体系的质量标准要适时调整,职业教育质量保证要适当考虑差异性,要贯穿职业教育的全过程,充分体现民主性。
