| 摘 要： | 大学生是国家宝贵的人才资源,但在我国目前阶段,大学生就业难已经成为社会和人们普遍关注的问题。解决大学生的就业问题不仅关系着社会、家庭和大学生个人的切身利益,更关系到我国经济社会可持续发展过程中高层次人力资源的战略问题。提升与培养大学生的就业能力是满足社会对人才需求和解决大学生就业难最有效的措施。

| Abstract: | College students are valuable human resources for the country. However, at present, the difficult employment of college students has been becoming an issue of common concern in society. To solve the problem of employment of college students is not only related to social, families ’ and students＇ personal benefits, but also more related to the strategy of high level human resources in the process of China＇s economic and social sustainable development. It is the most effective measure that the promotion and cultivation of college students＇ employment ability is to meet the social demand for talents and to solve the difficult employment of college students. |
