| 摘 要： | 在全新的形势背景下,高职院校的学生面临着很多的就业问题,这就表明辅导员在高职就业指导工作之中出现了一些问题。这些逐渐凸显的问题,辅导员只有在工作之中不断进行探索,和学生进行交流,以便更加出色地完成高职学生的就业指导工作。本文主要从新形势下,高职辅导员就业指导工作的基本内涵进行讲述,将其所面临的问题进行总结分析,最后提出几条有针对性的措施,促进辅导员开展高职院校的就业指导工作。

| Abstract: | Educators and education environment are the major factors influencing children＇s growth. This article analyzes the transition education work from kindergarten to primary school from the teacher, curriculum setting and educational environ- ment. This paper suggests the establishment of professional teaching staff, the adjustment of the content of transition course, narrowing the difference of the transition education environment, creating the consistently transition environment to help children happily enjoy the adaptive phase. |
