摘    要:随着高职院校“双证书”制度的推行,职业技能鉴定工作成为高职人才培养方案的重要组成部分,并有力地促进了高职学生的就业质量。但在实际工作开展过程中出现了学历教育与职业资格教育相融性不够、行业准入制度不严、考培不分、技能鉴定教材质量不高、试题库建设发展滞后等问题。提出通过改革高职教学、确保“双证融通”,统一校企双方对职业资格证书权威性的认识,明确考评员和培训员的职责、实行考培分离,规范教材编写,提高试题库科学化建设水平等应对措施。

The Existing Problems and Relevant Measures for Devel- oping the Occupational Skill Evaluation in Vocational Col- leges
Abstract:With the implementation of "Dual Certificate" policy in vocational colleges, the occupational skill evaluation has become a key part in The Talents Cultivation Strategy of vocational col- leges and effectively promotes the quality of employment of voca- tional students. However, in the real practice, it results in a great number of problems, such as, the less relevance between the cur- ricula education and the vocational qualification education, a loose access system of the industry, undistinguished knowledge between the examiners and the trainers, poor quality of occupa- tional skill evaluation texts and the slow development of Test Questions Database. This essay aims to bring forward five rele- vant measures to deal with the mentioned problems, for instance, insuring the integration between the two certificates through the teaching reform in the vocational colleges, reaching a common understanding towards the vocational qualifications between col- leges and enterprises, making clear responsibilities and carrying out the functional separation for both the examiners and the trainers, standardizing the compilation of teaching materials and improving the scientific construction of Test Questions of Database.
