| 摘 要： | 教师队伍乃办学之根本,当前制约民办高校发展的一个重要因素是教师流失严重。而这种师资流失情况近年来在全国各民办高校中普遍存在。本文以SICFL学院为研究对象,旨在通过对SICFL学院教师流失情况的分析,分析其流失的原因,并运用人力资源管理、企业绩效管理等知识为民办高校在解决教师流失问题上提供一些对策。
