| 摘 要： | 中职学生就业难已成为社会普遍关注的问题,造成这一现状有多方面的原因,面对这种现状,各中职学校成立了就业服务机构,专门从事学生的就业服务工作,为解决就业难问题做了一定的工作,但仍存在诸多弊端,不能形成就业工作合力,作者从分析中职学校学生就业指导工作现状及存在问题入手,结合专业教师在指导中职生就业工作中的有利因素,提出了如何发挥专业教师在中职学生就业工作中的作用的几点建议与同行共同商榷,希望能为中职学生就业工作起到抛砖引玉的作用。
