| Abstract: | In this paper, the necessity and practical significance on establish of enterprise graduate workstations have been ana- lyzed based on status of graduates in engineering. A personnel training mode with enterprise graduate workstations has been de- veloped based on school-enterprise collaborative innovation phi- losophy. The practical effects of the mode have been summed up with the example of school of mechanical engineering in Nantong University. |
