摘 要: | 现在的高校班主任不同于中学或者小学,面对的更多是20世纪90年代出生的大学生,“90后”是由中国特色的“421”家庭模式培养出来的“温室的花朵”.他们接受更多的家长的宠爱和物质的享受,因此容易成为缺乏责任、尊老爱幼、吃苦耐劳,甚至唯我独尊的一代。然而“90后”大学生又会时常表现出令大家欣喜的助人为乐、不怕牺牲、思想活跃的优良品德。作为“80后”的我,在很多思想方面还是容易接近这些“90后”,但是作为他们的班主任.必须了解“90后”大学生的内心活动以及思想特性,引导他们走入更顺畅更健康更活跃的年轻生活。、

Abstract: | The current college head teachers are confronted with "post-90s" college students, who receive more love and material comfort, so they lacks of responsibility and some other good virtues, but they are often helpful, brave and energetic. As a head teacher for "post-90s" college students, one should know about their inner activities and psychological features, so as to make theme lead a more healthy life. |
