| 摘 要： | 发酵工程是生物专业学生的一门非常重要的专业课，发酵工程实验教学可以强化学生素质教育提高专业技能。为提高实验教学质量，必须改革实验课教学模式，更新教学内容，改革考核方式。改革后的发酵工程实验教学激发了学生学习热情，有效提高了教学效果。

| Abstract: | Fermentation engineering is a very important specialized course for undergraduates majoring in biological professional, fermentation engineering experiment is an important way in quality education and improve their professional skills. The model of fermentation engineering experiment teaching should be reformed, the content of the course be renewed and the mode of examine be reformed to enhance the quality of teaching. Through the reform of the teaching methods mentioned above, students＇ interests in learning were aroused and better teaching effectiveness was obtained. |
