| 摘 要： | 院系办公室作为高校基层行政管理单位,承担着宣传信息、辅助决策、沟通协调以及后勤服务等多种职能。本文试图对高校院系办公室的工作特点、难点进行分析,在此基础上探索新形势下院系办公室提高工作效能的途径,从而保障院系和学校的教学、科研、服务和文化传承等各项事业顺利开展。
