| 摘 要： | 学校体育是终身体育的基础.通过体育教学,把传统的以体育知识、技能注入式教学转入到培养学生自主学习,锻炼独立思考和创造能力的教育上.尝试体育兴趣分组教学,教会学生选择,培养学生学习体育的兴趣,促进学生养成良好的体育习惯,树立终身体育的意识,使学生终身受益.

| Abstract: | School P.E., is the base of lifelong P.E. With the school P.E. teaching, teachers are turning the traditional pouring-in-process in instruction of P.E. knowledge and skills into another kind of education, which trains the students to study by themselves, to think on their own and to improves their creativity. Also, teachers should try the P.E. interest-group teaching which will teach students how to choose and cultivate their interests to study P.E. to accelerate students to form good habits of P.E. and set up the conciousness of lifelong P.E. so as to let students benefit in all their lives. |
