| 摘 要： | 我国当前正处于经济社会发展变化的转型时期，存在着许多不和谐的因素，为了消除这些不和谐因素，目前我国提出构建社会主义和谐社会这一重大目标是非常及时非常必要的。要构建社会主义和谐社会，就要搞清楚社会主义和谐社会的基本内涵，就要坚持以人为本。本文就是从构建社会主义和谐社会的必要性，社会主义和谐社会的基本内涵以及构建社会主义和谐社会必须坚持以人为本三个方面进行阐述的。

| Abstract: | Our country is being in the economic society to develop the change reforming time presently, has many not harmonious factors, inorder to eliminate these not harmonious factor, at present our country proposed constrnction socialism harmonious society this significant goal is extremely prompt extremely essential. Must construct the socialism harmonious society, must make clear the socialism harmonious society＇s basic connotation, must persist humanist. This article is from the construction socialism harmonious society＇s necessity, the socialism harmonious society＇s basic connotation as well as the construction socialism harmonious society must persist the humanist three aspects carry on the elaboration. |
