| 摘 要： | 由于办刊违法,刊物形式与内容不合时宜等原因,《东西洋考每月统纪传》在当时的中国读者中影响甚微。但该刊登载的大量实用知识和潜含的师夷长技之理念却契合了此后中国人的现代化诉求,因而被后世研究者一再提及,影响深远。本文系统分析了该刊在后世影响渐深的历史原因。
