非语言行为在高校健美操教学中的运用

摘    要:运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法和数理统计法,对非语言行为在高校健美操教学中的运用进行了研究。结果表明,手势、表情、眼神、身体姿态等非语言行为受到了教师和学生们比较普遍的认同,但在健美操教学实践中的运用并不广泛;实验班在动作力度、动作准确性、动作表现力等方面的表现都明显优于对照班。在高校健美操教学中运用非语言行为,要遵循多样性、与语言法相结合、启发性及实践选择性等原则,并注意因材施教等。
