| 摘 要： | 孔子的教育思想中提出教育要以学生为本；在教育的过程中要“有教无类”，保证教育的公平；同时还要“因材施教”，尊重学生的个性特点，开展个性化教育。这些思想都充分体现了教育中的人文关怀，对我们更好地开展高校德育工作有深刻的启示。

| Abstract: | Confucius＇s education thought says education should base on students. ＂No child left behind＇＂ should be done in the process of education, guaranteeing the fairness of education ; ＂Even at the same time according to their aptitude＂, educators should respect students＂ personality characteristics, individualized education. These ideas fully embody the humanistic concern of education. Therefore, we should get a profound enlightenment in carrying out the moral education in colleges and universities. |
