| 摘 要： | 建立在家庭承包责任制基础上的农民合作经济组织,顺应了我国农业专业化、商品化、社会化和市场化的改革方向,是发展现代农业的重要举措。本文从合作经济组织的定位着手,客观描述其发展现状和存在的必要性,剖析制约因素,探讨相应解决对策,以期建立一个促进农村经济发展的长效机制。

| Abstract: | Farmer cooperative economic organizations based on household contract management system is the trend of Agricultural reform in specialization, commercialization, socialization and marketization, and it＇s an important measure to develop modern agriculture. This article describes its current situation, existing necessity and analyses the constraints. To establish a long-term mechanism for rural economic development, the author discusses the solution countermeasures. |
