| Abstract: | During the periods of "the Ninth Five-Year Plan" and "the Tenth Five-Year Plan", the author presided on the research of several key projects issued by the Ministry of Education on topics of quality-oriented education and inquiry-based teaching. During the research and investigation, the schools and teachers in different regions put forward a lot of questions on quality-oriented education and the National College Entrance Examination reform. After long time exploration, some thoughts and ideas are put forward here on five main questions such as "the current situation of the National College Entrance Examination reform", "puzzles on quality-oriented education", and "crises of the National College Entrance Examination system". |
