| 摘 要： | 随着中国政府承诺开放教育市场,高等教育境外消费便成为社会各界关注的焦点之一.开放教育市场,不仅要了解世界贸易组织的相关规则,而且要借鉴其他世贸组织成员国在教育服务贸易方面的经验,通过对不同国家高等教育境外消费政策的比较研究,为我国高等教育境外消费服务贸易提供有益的启示.
