| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会发展和高等教育已进入大众化的实际,贵州地方本科高校人才培养与黔中经济区对高层次技能型人才需求之间产生了较大错位,已成为制约区域经济发展的重要因素。地方本科高校强化职业技术教育是高等教育服务经济社会发展的客观趋势。地方本科高校应通过创新人才培养模式、加强＂三师型＂专业教师队伍建设、促进产学研合作等方式强化职业技术教育,构建本科高校与地方经济社会协调发展的良性互动机制。

| Abstract: | Along with the economic and social development and the popularization of higher education has entered into the actual,in the local undergraduate college talents training in Guizhou and Guizhou economic zone to produce the large displacement between high-level skilled talents demand,has become an important factor of regional economic development.Local undergraduate colleges and universities strengthen vocational and technical education is higher education service is the objective trend of the economic and social development.Local undergraduate colleges and universities should through the innovative talent training mode, strengthening the construction of＂three t type＂professional teachers,promoting production-study-research cooperation methods such as strengthening vocational and technical education,build the undergraduate course colleges and universities and the local economic and social coordinated development benign interaction mechanism. |
