| 摘 要： | 在我国很多高职院校酒店管理专业都开设酒店接待礼仪课程,但是在实践教学方面都存在着一些问题。文章分析了我国高职院校酒店接待礼仪课程实践性教学中存在的问题,并提出提升我国高职院校酒店接待礼仪课程实践性教学质量和效率的措施。
