| 摘 要： | 通过分子印迹技术,以苏丹红I为印迹分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈做引发剂,制备了苏丹红I分子印迹聚合物。利用静态平衡法和Scatchard分析法研究了印迹聚合物和非印迹聚合物对苏丹红I选择吸附性能。结果表明,印迹聚合物对苏丹I具有很好的特异性结合能力,为复杂样品中的苏丹红I的选择性富集及快速检测提供了一条新的途径。

| Abstract: | Sudan Red I molecular imprinting polymer was prepared by molecular imprinting technique using Sudan Red I as the template molecule,methacylic acid as a monomer,pentaerythritol triacylate as a cross linker and 2,2-Azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as the initiator.The paper makes a study of selective adsorption functions of imprinting polymer and non-imprinting polymer over Sudan Red I through static equilibrium and Scatchard's analysis.The findings show that the imprinting polymer has higher affinity for Sudan Red I,offering a new approach to selective enrichment and fast testing of Sudan Red I. |
