高等教育服务购买风险的分析与思考

摘    要:高等院校随着外部环境的变化,应对高教服务购买中的高风险进行分析。章运用服务营销理论,论述了高等院校应采取的营销策略,以降低学生的购买风险,提高学生的购买与消费热情,从而提高高等院校服务质量。

Abstract:With the change of the social and economic environment, higher education institutions should analyze the risk of buying higher education service. Using the theory of service marketing, this article argued that higher education institutions must adopt modern marketing strategies in order to reduce the risk of buying higer education services for students, and to raise student s passion students to choose certain higer education institution. Finally, it will be beneficial to improve the quality of higher education service.
