| 摘 要： | 网络文化是以网络物质的创造发展为基础的网络精神创造，是人类文明的划时代成果。随着互联网的发展，网络文化在我国呈现出总体良好的发展前景。为了保证网络文化的健康发展，促进网络文化的和谐发展，必须建立健全网络文化建设的长效机制。
