摘    要:人才培养质量是高等教育的核心问题,但关于工科院校市场营销专业人才培养质量的评价却鲜有论述,这在一定程度上制约了工科院校市场营销专业的健康发展。在文献回顾和访谈的基础上,提出了工科院校市场营销专业人才培养质量评价指标体系,并以华东交通大学为例,运用模糊综合评价法进行了实证分析,从而利于明确工科院校市场营销专业人才培养质量的现实水平,找出其中所存在的薄弱环节并加以改进。

Research on the Evaluation of Talents Cultivation Quality of Marketing Major in Engineering Colleges -Taking East China Jiaotong University for Example

Abstract:Talents cultivation quality is the core problem of high education, but there lack of articles to discuss the evaluation of talents cultivation quality of marketing major in engineering colleges ,which restricts the healthy development of marketing major in engineering colleges. Hence, this paper puts forward the evaluation index system of talents cultivation quality of marketing major in engineering colleges based on literature review and interviews, and then takes East China Jiaotong University for example to carry on empirical analysis by using fuzzy comprehensive e- valuation method, so as to be helpful to clarify the reality level of talents cultivation quality of marketing major in engineering colleges, and improve the weak links of talents cultivation quality.
