| Abstract: | The article introdues the background of America academic libraries＇ AiA project , analyzes the imple- mentation methodologies of this project, including definintion of the project＇ s target, selection of the project＇ s par- ticipatnts, setting of the project＇ s methods and scales, execution of team construction and training, improvement of group learning and cooperation, analysis of the project＇ s process and communicaiton of the project＇ s outcome, dis- closes the enlightment for domestic libraries＇ evaluation, anticipates the execution of AiA project for domestic librar- ies. |
