| 摘 要： | 实训教学是高职教育区别于其它高等教育的重要特点,是高职教育培养学生实际操作能力、职业能力、培养实用型人才的重要环节,实训教学的效果影响学生综合素质的培养。目前,软件技术专业实训环节存在实训基地少,实训条件不足、教学管理不规范等现象,实训基地的功能没有发挥到位,所以要提高实训教学质量,提高学生职业能力、综合素质,提高办学质量就应该从实训基地建设、实训课程体系、实训管理等方面进行改革。
