| 摘 要： | 本文旨在研究政治和商业关联对组织创新的影响,并以网络能力、知识整合能力和组织创新理论为基础,研究知识获取在以上关系中所起的中介作用以及知识整合能力所起的调节作用。本研究以北京、广州和厦门三地193家本土高科技企业为研究对象进行层级回归分析,结果表明,政治和商业关联对组织创新具有显著的正向影响,知识获取在政治和商业关联与组织创新的关系中起着完全中介的作用;知识整合能力在知识获取与组织创新的作用中起正向调节作用。研究结果对中国情境下政治和商业管理、知识获取与整合、组织创新的理论和实践具有重要的启示意义。

| Abstract: | The major purpose of the study is to examine the influence of political and business ties on organizational innovation (OIN). Based on the network theory, knowledge integration ability and organization innovation, we further explore the mediating role of knowledge acquisition in the PBS-OIN relationship and the moderating effect of knowledge integration capability on the relationship between knowledge acquisition and organizational innovation. A hierarchical regression analyses on a matched sample of 193 Chinese local high-tech enterprises from Beijing, Guangzhou and Xiamen shows that: (1) political and business ties relates positively to organizational innovation; (2) knowledge acquisition fully mediates the relationship between political and business ties and organizational innovation; and (3) knowledge integration ability moderates the relationship between knowledge acquisition and organizational innovation. Our research has great implications for the theories and practice of political and business ties, knowledge acquisition and integration, organization innovation in Chinese context. |
