教学过程中教师主导作用发挥的实践与思考

摘    要:教师主导作用的发挥,要通过对教与学双边活动的主动协调和控制来实现。主要是:处理好教师的个体劳动同表现为教学质量的集体劳动成果的关系,真正实现教师个体劳动功能融于群体劳动功能之中,各学科知识融于学生整体素质结构之中。处理好统一教学方案同表现为个体行为的学生学习结果、理解内化过程的关系,重视对学生现有知识能力水平的研究,重视学生在个体学习的内在过程中能力与态度变化的研究,重视学生接收知识状况及发展差异性的研究。

Abstract:The effectiveness of teacher's leading role is realized by coordinating the two-side activities of teaching and learning .First, properly handle the relations between the individual labor of teachers and collective labor result shown as teaching quality so as to make the teacher's individual labor be in harmony with the collective labor, to make the knowledge of every subject be blended with students' quality construction. Secondly, handle the relations between the unified teaching plan and the students' learning result as well as the process of understanding and internal digestion shown as an individual conduct. Teachers have to attach the importance to the research for the students' present knowledge level and their ability changes and attitude in the inside process of their individual studies, and what's more, to the students' status of knowledge reception and the difference in development.
