| 摘 要： | 河南职教集团的组建密切了城乡、校际、校企之间的合作，有利于整合资源、增强实力，并能有效提高学生素质，拓展就业渠道。然而，作为一个松散性组织，职教集团要进一步发挥作用，还需增强集团凝聚力和协调控制力。

| Abstract: | The vocational education by operation of urban and rural scConglomeration in Henan is an important way to enhance the mutual cohools,and enterprises with schools. This is favorable to integration of resources and effective employment. However, as a loose organization, conglomerations need to enhance their solidarity and coordination. |
