| 摘 要： | 根据智能制造演进发展3个基本范式交织融合迭代升级所融合的先进技术,探析了企业推进智能制造实现这3个基本范式迭代转型升级的典型特征、生态场景及各层级构成要素。基于此,揭示了自动化-信息化-数字化-网络化-智能化是企业智能化转型的必由之路,但企业推进智能化转型发展路线不必串行推进次第展开,应并行推进融合发展。在夯实“两化融合”基础时,融合数字化转型先进技术,实现企业生产要素、流程的数据驱动后,融合数字化网络化转型先进技术,启赋企业网络化共享与协同制造的同时,融合AI先进技术,赋能企业生产制造过程六维智能生态的智能制造愿景。

| Abstract: | In the light of the advanced technology of the three basic paradigms for the evolution and development of intelligent manufacturing,this paper analyzes the typical characteristics,ecological scenarios and various levels of the components for the iterative transformation and upgrading of the three basic paradigms.Based on this,the only way for enterprises to transform intelligently is identified as automation,informatization,digitalization,networking and intelligence.However,the development route of enterprises in promoting intelligent transformation does not need to be carried out in series,but should be promoted in parallel.While the foundation of the“integration of industrialization and informatization”is consolidated,advanced technologies for digital transformation are integrated and data-driven enterprise production factors and processes are realized;advanced technologies for digital network transformation should be integrated to enable enterprises to achieve network sharing and collaborative manufacturing while integrating advanced AI technology.This will empower the intelligent manufacturing vision of a six-dimensional intelligent ecology in the production and manufacturing process of enterprises. |
