| 摘 要： | 家族曾经在中国的社会治理中占据着重要地位,尤其在奴隶社会和封建社会时期,一直是政府乡村治理的直接和主要依托,并在各个时期显示出不同的特点。但随着社会的发展,当今的家族已经由一个政治、经济共同体转变成以情感因素占主导地位的文化共同体,家族势力的组织结构和功能继续会因多种影响而进一步衰退。家族势力从农村治理中逐渐淡出是一种历史必然。

| Abstract: | Family played an important role in the administration of Chinese society, especially in slavery and feudal society. It kept being government's reliance in administrating villages, and has manifested distinctive charac- teristics in different times. Family has changed from the past political and economical community to the present emotion-oriented cultural community. For many reasons, the function of family power will fade away and it is inevitable that the family power will decline in the administration of villages. |
