| 摘 要： | 福建北苑茶园是我国北宋时期生产"贡茶"的重要产地,蔡襄时任福建路转运使,同时他也是鉴茶专家,在其任职期间对推动我省茶文化的发展作出了重要贡献。本文分析和阐述了北苑茶园的发展及其对蔡襄《茶录》问世的所产生的影响与作用。

| Abstract: | The Beiyuan Tea Farm in Fujian is a major place producing Tribute Tea in North Song Dynasty when Cai Xiang,as a tea expert as well as transport officer in Fujian,contributed a lot to the tea culture of th province.This article expounds on the development of Beiyuan Tea Farm and its influence on Cai Xiang's Essays on Tea. |
