摘    要:以农业科技园区建设的先行者山东省为省域案例,系统梳理山东省农业科技园区的4个发展阶段,阐释其空间分布特点及产业特征,并基于DEA模型从总体运行水平、规模报酬趋势等方面对山东省各地市的园区运行效率进行评价分析。研究表明,山东省农业科技园区运行效率总体较好,但个别园区由于投入结构与投入规模不合理致使园区DEA无效。针对我国农业科技园区的发展问题,结合山东省农业科技园区发展实践及经验,提出注重科技资源投入效率、完善园区管理体系、促进园区特色化差异化发展的建议,为我国农业科技园区持续发展提供经验和启示。

Abstract:Taking Shandong Province, a pioneer in the construction of agricultural science and technology parks, as a provincial case, it systematically combed the four development stages of agricultural science and technology parks in Shandong Province, explained its spatial distribution and industrial characteristics, and based on the DEA model from the overall operation level and scale return trend. Analyze the operating efficiency of the parks in various cities in Shandong Province. The results show that the overall operation efficiency of the agricultural science and technology park in Shandong Province is relatively good, but the DEA of the park is invalid due to the irrational input structure and input scale of some parks. Combining with the development practices and experiences of agricultural science and technology parks in Shandong Province, this paper puts forward suggestions to focus on the efficiency of science and technology resource input, improve the management system of the park, and promote the distinctive and differentiated development of the park, providing experience and inspiration for the sustainable development of agricultural science and technology parks in China.
