| 摘 要： | 大学终身教职制在美国具有深厚的社会土壤.通过阐释其历史演进、变革,分析该制度在不同社会时期对大学发展的利弊得失,可以看到该制度的生长与社会有着紧密的互动关系.这可为我国现时大学教师职务聘任制改革提供借鉴.
