| 摘 要： | 现代生产力系统是一个发展的动态系统,现代生产力系统由独立的实体性因素,运筹性因素,渗透性因素,继承和发展性因素构成。文章明确并提出了一些新的观点：劳动者是生产力的主体,是任何时代社会的主要生产力;科学管理也是生产力,科学预测与决策是现代生产力的先导,正确的政策是生产力发展的有力保证;“科技是第一生产力”,但不是在任何时代,任何条件下都是第一生产力,从继承和发展的角度看,教育是生产生产力的生产力,是生产科技第一生产力的生产力。

| Abstract: | The modern productive force is a developing dynamic system.It consists of many independent elements such as entity;operablity;permeability;inheritance and development.This article presents and makes clear some new ideas:laborers are the main part of productive forces in any society;scientific management is productive force;scientific forecasting and decision making are the precursors of modern productive force;the correct policy provides strong guarantee for the development of productive force;"Science and technology are the primary productive force",but not in any age or on any occasion.Considered from inheritance and development elements,Education is the productive force that creates productive force;it is also the productive force of the primary productive force--production of science and technology. |
