| 摘 要： | 为了中国式跤术的发展，使运动员更好地理解与合理地运用摔跤技术，采用文献资料、归纳、专家访问和例证分析等方法对中国式跤术中普遍存在的“圆轮”现象的运动学原理和在实战中的应用与变化规律进行研究。结果表明：“圆轮”现象广泛存在于中国式跤术中；力偶是“圆轮”现象的力学基础，跤术中的“圆轮”现象取决于力偶矩；身作姿势、发力方向、动作时间、动作速度、动作力量、着力点、肢体的旋转惯量、动作节奏是影响“圆轮”现象的因素。

| Abstract: | For the development of Chinese style tumble technique,and in order to make the athletes understand better how to use the wrestling tech-nology, we use methods of literature material, induction, visiting expert to study and analyse the kinematics principle of the "round wheel" phenome-non and the application and changing rule in actual combat. The result indicates: "the round wheel" the phenomenon widely exists in the Chinese style tumble technique;the couple is the mechanics foundation in "the round wheel" phenomenon,where the effect is decided by the moment of cou-ple ;the body makes the posture, send the strength direction, the operating time, the movement speed, the movement strength, the point of applica-tion,body's revolving inertia,the movement rhythm are the factors in influencing "the round wheel" phenomenon. |
