| 摘 要： | N—乙基沛心达对静息状态下心肌细胞胞浆)Ca~(2+)]i无显著影响,对高钾诱发心肌细胞胞浆Ca~(2+)]i升高,N—乙基沛心达2μmol/L,虽有抑制作用,但与对照组相比无显著差异(p>0.05),N—乙基沛心达10μmol/L可显著抑制大鼠心肌细胞胞浆Ca~(2+)]i升高,与对照组相比,差异显著(p<0.01)。

| Abstract: | N-ethyl perhexiline (NEP) had no obrious effect on Ca2+]i at rest. NEP 2 MMMMMMMMMMmol/L inhibited the increase in Ca2+]i induced by high K+,but no significant difference existed, compared with the control group (P)0. 05). NEP 10 umol/L had an obvious inhibitive effect on the increase in Ca2+]i induced by high K+ . A very significant difference (P<0. 01) existed, com pared with the control group. |
