| Abstract: | The promulgation and application of the Administrative License Law is a milestone in the development of administrative law. The hearing of witness procedure, as a very important part of it , develops and enriches the current hearing of witness system of our country. It not only makes hearing of witness procedure in legislation in detail and hearing of witness procedure on initiative, but also provides the Principle Regarding Non-Exclusive Document,which makes a big step in the Administrative procedure of our country. |
