摘    要:研究目的:探讨陇东地区中小学体育教师社会经济地位与主观幸福感的关系。研究方法:运用问卷调查法对陇东地区中小学体育教师的社会经济地位与主观幸福感之间的关系进行调查。研究结果:中小学体育教师的幸福感水平偏低,社会经济地位中收入与教育对体育教师的主观幸福感有独立的积极影响。研究结论:有必要提升体育教师的社会经济地位从而促进其幸福感水平的提升。

Abstract:The paper is to investigate the relationship of socioeconomic status and subjective well-being (SWB) of P.E. teachers in primary and secondary schools. The study takes the method of questionnaire to do the survey and analysis of the relationship of socioeconomic status and subjective well-being (SWB) of P.E. teachers in primary and secondary schools in Longdong area. The study finds that their SWB is lower,and socioeconomic status including education and income are significantly influencing SWB. It's necessary to improve SWB through socioeconomic status improvement.
