| 摘 要： | 为了进一步培养学生体育活动的兴趣，养成习惯，文章在构建主义学习理论基础上，创立了“兴趣——带领——兴趣”教学思想，并根据这一思想，进行实验研究，设计灵活多变的课堂教学。目的为了培养高校男生课外锻炼的习惯，推进体育文化传播，增强体质和提高身体素质，并为终身体育打下基础。

| Abstract: | For cultivate students to form the interest in physical exercise, and form the sport habit, the paper on the theoretical basis of constructivism, establishes a kind of education idea： ＂interest-guide-interest＂. According to this kind of idea, the paper dose some experimental researches by designing flexible classroom teaching, in order to cultivate the boy students in colleges to from the habit of doing exercises, to develop the spreading of physical culture, to develop people＇s body qualifies and physical qualities, and it can be the base of doing physical exercises in lifelong. |
